This is a CRT, which takes a PAL signal.  
This one for now supports only progressive scanning at 50 frames per second.  
For now, this only supports monochrome signals, but feel free to add color support.

Here is no phosphor which will blink.  
The 27MHz oscillator is already expensive enough.

For now I had to lower the frequency of the pixel clock 1000x to make it actually run on my hardware.
